Therapeutic massage is considered injury treatment. This is used for those who play or exercise too hard and have sore or hypertense muscles. Therapeutic modalities can consist of Shatzu, Tuina, Trigger Point, Pressure Point and Deep Tissue.

Relaxation Massage is primarily Swedish Massage. Some aromatherapy can be used to add to your enjoyment. Usually Reflexology is included in your Relaxation Massage, but that can be asked for seperately as well.
